- Vaccine information
- For residents without access to a computer, a friend or family member can submit the interest form on their behalf. Individuals can also visit Lawrence Public Library to complete the form online.
- Residents can also request assistance with the form from the Senior Resource Center by calling 785-842-0543 and leaving a message. Staff will return calls during business hours as quickly as they can in the order calls are received.

- The veteran will get an automated call from their vaccination team when the vaccine is available to them. When the veteran answers, they will hear “The Veteran of your household has been identified as eligible to receive the COVID vaccine. This call is to inform you of your options in obtaining the vaccine. If this is not the correct phone number, please press 5 to end this call, all others, please listen carefully to the following options.”
- Option 1: For those interested in the COVID-19 vaccine and would like to be contacted to schedule an appointment.
- Option 2: For those not interested in the COVID-19 vaccine and would not like to be contacted to schedule an appointment.
- Option 3: For those undecided and would like more time to make a decision.
- The veteran will get an automated call from their vaccination team when the vaccine is available to them. When the veteran answers, they will hear “The Veteran of your household has been identified as eligible to receive the COVID vaccine.
