Junction City woman turns herself in after three children taken from father
JUNCTION CITY, Kan. (WIBW) - After she turned herself in, a Junction City woman is behind bars two months after she allegedly took three children from their father.
The Junction City Police Department says that around 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 6, Jeana Foley turned herself in to officials and was arrested on a felony warrant.
Foley had been wanted since Dec. 21 when her three children, Genevieve, 3, Camden, 4, and Rosie Peterson, 6, were all taken from their custodial father. The search continued well into January and a felony arrest warrant was issued for Foley on Jan. 5.
Foley was booked into the Geary Co. Jail on three counts of aggravated interference with parental custody.
JCPD indicated that the three children were all safely recovered.
